The Center is conveniently located .

From Interstate 5 (I-5) take exit 27, the South Medford exit, East bound for 2 miles.

The office is the third building, past the intersection of Black Oak and Barnett Road, one block before the Rogue Valley Medical Center. We are located on the right side of Barnett Road when traveling East bound.

Our driveway is just past the Minute Market entrance.
