We accept a wide range of insurance. However, with that said remember that thousands of different policies are
written with very different limitations and allowances within the same company. In order to know your limits and acceptance
our staff will verify your coverage directly. This allow us to more accurately and efficiently utilize your contracted benefits.
We will bill your insurance carrier/s directly.
To maintain our reasonable fees, we request payment at the time of service. Payment of lab tests, supplements and medications
are due upon receipt. Alternative arrangements must be approved, prior to seeing the physician. We attempt to employ the most
cost and health effective treatments available, for our patients. Most carriers, including the Oregon Health Plan (OHP) and
a number of PPO's, cover our services. Our staff will gladly check with your insurance carrier to confirm coverage, deductables,
and benefit limits. Workmans' Compensation claims are accepted with NO fee to the patient, within the coverage
limits.

We also accept personal injury, auto and homeowners' insurance. Ask our receptionist for more information.
If you are considering insurance coverage and have Internet access you can consider online e-insurance at E-Health Insurance.com or the National Association of Health Underwriters, an association of independent health insurance sales agents, might be an ideal place to start. Remember to be specific and
ask for NATUROPATHIC coverage. If you get a vague response or the agent is unfamiliar with the term, choose someone else.
Many policies written in states that have no licensed Naturopathic physicians will be unfamiliar with this profession. If
the policy indicates that it will cover all licensed physicians you are probably covered, however if it states "only M.D.
and D.O.'s" , my services are excluded. There are over 300 insurance companies that recognize and reimburse for Naturopathic
services.
Medicare: Medicare will under NO circumstance recognize my services. When a claim is submitted it is rejected on the
grounds that the provider (Dr. Kadish) is either a "faith healer" or a "Seventh day adventist" and hence is not appropriate
for reimbursement. I truly have faith in my medical care but was unaware that "faith healers" were required to attend either
accredited medical schools or be licensed.... Some recent changes in Medicare supplements however now allows for coverage.
Both Advantage plans, such as ODS, and HealthNet supplemental insurance policies cover my services, with limitations.

We try to verify your insurance coverage and relay that information to you, in non-medical terms. However, please understand
that the insurance industry is not based on absolutes. They tend to give incorrect information and clearly indicate that they
will NEVER give an assurance of full payment. Yes it's a poor excuse for a contracted service and we all pay the price of
this industries abuses.
On a more cheerful note, we truly try to recover the maximum amount allowable, under your policy and are often very successful.
