The Center is conveniently located at 2612 E. Barnett Rd, close to RVMC.

Driving north on Interstate 5 (I-5) from Phoenix/Talent/Ashland take exit 27. At the end of this exit is a light. Make a right turn onto Belknap Rd. Then take the next right onto Barnett Rd. and travel for ~2 miles.

Driving south on Interstate 5 (I-5) from Central Point/Grants Pass take exit 27. At the end of this exit is a light. Make a left turn onto Belknap Rd. Then take the next right onto Barnett Rd. and travel for ~2 miles.

The center is the third building, past the intersection of Black Oak and Barnett Road, one block before the Rogue Valley Medical Center and across the street from the old Eye Center building. There are two banks on the Black Oak corner, at the light. We are located on the right side of Barnett Road when traveling East bound.

Our driveway is just past the Minute Market entrance, next to the Center of Health sign that is directly in front of the Center.
